Princeton Baptist Church is seeking a full time Senior Pastor to oversee the life and direction of the church. He will provide leadership, be a guiding force and Godly example for the congregation. The best candidate will have the following attributes: ~ Gifted Preacher ~ Compassionate ~ Outgoing and Engaging ~ Visionary Leader ~ Financially Conservative. Responsibilities will include preaching and teaching, strategic leadership and planning, staff supervision and development, administrative oversight and community outreach. Education and Experience: Minimum education should include a Bachelor’s Degree in a Ministry related field of study.
RJ Smith has been in youth ministry since 2009, and joined the Princeton Baptist Church staff in 2017. RJ attended Covington Theological Seminary where he earned his Associate of Religious Education. He is currently attending the College at Southeastern. It is RJ’s desire to obey God’s commandments, to teach according to His Word, and to love the youth. RJ loves to connect with the youth on a personal level. It is not uncommon to see him at a football game on a Friday night and at a dance recital on Saturday night. He loves to support the youth in any way he can. He is married to Brandee, and they have two sons, Kaydon and Kingston.

Jeff Radford joined the staff of Princeton Baptist Church in October 2020 and is our Administrative Assistant. He grew up in Goldsboro and the Winston-Salem area and graduated from Holmes Bible College in Greenville, South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He was an ordained minister for over twenty years. He currently lives in Goldsboro.
