Princeton Baptist Church is a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, The State Convention of NC, and Triangle East Baptist Association. The Southern Baptist Convention has a general list of beliefs known as the Baptist Faith and Message. These beliefs are on the Southern Baptist Convention website.
SCRIPTURE - Because the Bible is the Word of God, it our sole authority for all we believe and practice. Knowledge of and obedience to God's Word is essential to true life transformation.
WORSHIP - We desire to cultivate an environment where people personally encouter Jesus during corporate worship and this worship continues to flow daily as we live for the glory of God.
DISCIPLESHIP - Because disciples are to become like Christ, we seek to develop character, biblical knowledge, and ministry skills in others & ourselves as a lifelong process toward maturity.
EVANGELISM - As disciples of Jesus, we are called to be missionaries and personally share the message of God's love to all people. This requires intentionally aligning every area of our lives to this purpose.
FELLOWSHIP - Because God established the local church as a community of worshiping, growing, and serving believers, we commit to a shared life of encouragement, accountability, and genuine love.
